Terms of Service
Media Studio primarily powers the Zyke Media Studio resource and is also available as an approved general-purpose file-hosting and delivery platform. These terms cover both uses.
Last updated: July 12, 2026 · Version 2026-07-12.31. The Service
Zyke Media Studio is a hosted-file storage and delivery service operated by Zyke Resources. It was primarily built to support the Zyke Media Studio FiveM resource, but approved accounts may also use it as a general-purpose, high-performance file host for websites, applications, game servers, community projects, and other lawful integrations.
The service is in an early and actively growing stage. Fast delivery is a design goal, not a guarantee or service-level commitment. Features, supported formats, limits, delivery behavior, and availability may change as the platform develops.
Media Studio is not an archival backup, private cloud drive, source-control system, executable hosting platform, or substitute for keeping your own original files and recovery copies.
2. Eligibility, Accounts, and Access
Access may be free, included with an eligible Zyke Resources purchase or subscription, supplied through a beta or partner program, or otherwise approved by Zyke Resources. Your access remains subject to the limits and permissions attached to your account or entitlement.
Every active account may upload through the Media Studio dashboard. Uploads may also be made through the official Media Studio resource, the Media Studio API, or another method approved by Zyke Resources. Dashboard availability does not permit you to provide an anonymous upload gateway, resell access, sublicense storage, or operate Media Studio as file hosting for third parties without prior approval.
You must provide accurate information when requested and must be legally able to accept these terms. If you use the service for an organisation, business, community, or server, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for it.
3. Tokens and Account Security
You are responsible for protecting transaction identifiers, sessions, API tokens, upload tokens, admin tokens, and connected account credentials. Do not place secrets in public repositories, client code, downloadable resources, or files served through the public CDN.
Activity performed through your credentials, connected server, dashboard, or integrations may be treated as activity under your account. Notify Zyke Resources promptly if credentials are exposed or access appears to have been misused, and rotate affected tokens where that option is available.
4. Permitted Use
You may store and deliver supported files for your own lawful projects, including FiveM resources and servers, websites, application interfaces, game or community assets, documents, downloads, media libraries, and related integrations.
Public CDN links may be embedded, linked, or requested by the audiences of those projects. Normal user traffic, browser and edge caching, reasonable cache refreshes, API use, and account administration are permitted within your applicable limits.
Files do not need to be generated by the Media Studio script or relate to FiveM unless your particular entitlement, beta access, or written approval says otherwise. Any use must still comply with these terms, supported file rules, and applicable law.
5. Public Files and Sensitive Information
Files published through the Media Studio CDN are publicly accessible without authentication to anyone who obtains or discovers the URL. An unlisted or difficult-to-guess URL is not private access control.
Do not upload passwords, access tokens, private keys, confidential records, payment data, sensitive personal data, private customer information, or anything that should not be publicly retrievable. You are responsible for deciding whether a file is suitable for public hosting and for obtaining any notices or consent required from people represented in it.
Public files may be cached by browsers, networks, Cloudflare, search services, integrations, or other recipients. Removing a file from Media Studio may not immediately remove copies held in third-party caches or systems outside Zyke Resources’ control.
6. Your Content and Required Rights
You retain ownership of content you upload. You give Zyke Resources a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, copy, cache, transmit, display, format, inspect, create technical previews or variants of, and otherwise process that content only as reasonably needed to operate, secure, improve, and provide Media Studio.
You confirm that you own the content or have all permissions needed to upload, store, process, and publicly deliver it. You are responsible for the content, its metadata, how it is distributed, and any claims arising from your use.
The licence ends when the content is deleted from active systems, except where temporary copies remain in caches, backups, security records, or evidence retained for legitimate legal, fraud-prevention, or abuse-handling purposes.
7. Prohibited Content
You may not upload, store, or distribute content that is illegal; infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights; facilitates fraud, phishing, credential theft, malware, or unauthorised access; contains malicious or disguised executable code; or is intended to harm people, devices, services, or networks.
Content involving child sexual abuse or exploitation, non-consensual intimate material, credible threats, unlawful extremist or terrorist material, doxxing, or material whose possession or distribution is prohibited is not allowed.
File names, extensions, content types, metadata, and declared formats must be accurate. You may not disguise an unsupported, executable, or prohibited file as an allowed media, archive, document, or text format.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You may not bypass limits or security controls; probe or exploit the service; interfere with other accounts; upload content solely to consume resources; generate abusive traffic; evade moderation; automate account or token misuse; or use Media Studio in connection with spam, deceptive redirects, denial-of-service activity, or unlawful tracking.
You may not scrape, enumerate, mirror, or bulk-download files belonging to other accounts, nor reconstruct datasets from another user’s hosted library. Normal delivery of files intentionally made available by their uploader is not prohibited by this rule.
You may not misrepresent Zyke Resources as endorsing your content or service, use Media Studio to impersonate another person or organisation, or remove ownership notices where you are not authorised to do so.
9. Reports, Removal, and Appeals
Anyone may report allegedly illegal, infringing, or dangerous hosted content through the support process on the contact page. A useful report should include the exact public URL, a clear explanation of the issue and legal basis, supporting information, the reporter’s contact details, and a good-faith statement that the information supplied is accurate.
Zyke Resources may inspect, restrict, disable, preserve, or remove content when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, respond to a sufficiently substantiated report, comply with law or a valid legal request, address an urgent safety risk, or protect the service and its users.
Where appropriate and legally permitted, we may notify the affected account and provide a reason. The account holder or reporting party may ask for a decision to be reviewed through the same support process. Repeated infringement, clearly illegal content, or serious abuse may result in account suspension without advance notice.
10. Metrics, Logs, and Service Protection
Media Studio records operational information such as storage usage, uploads, downloads, request and cache activity, file metadata, errors, token activity, account and server associations, IP-derived security information, and audit events.
These records may be used to provide dashboard statistics, operate and secure the service, enforce limits, investigate incidents and reports, prevent fraud and abuse, diagnose faults, plan capacity, and comply with legal obligations. Personal data is handled subject to applicable data-protection law and any privacy information made available by Zyke Resources.
11. Limits, Fair Use, and Availability
Storage, file size, file count, format, upload, request, bandwidth, cache, retention, API, and account limits may apply. Limits may vary by plan, entitlement, beta group, partner status, risk, or approved use case and may be adjusted as the service grows.
We may rate limit, throttle, temporarily block, or require changes to usage that creates disproportionate cost, security risk, legal risk, instability, or material impact on other users, even where a displayed numerical limit has not yet been reached.
Media Studio may be interrupted or unavailable because of maintenance, provider outages, deployment, security events, abuse prevention, technical faults, or changes to the service. No uptime, latency, permanence, or delivery guarantee applies unless Zyke Resources has agreed to one separately in writing.
12. File Retention, Deletion, and Account Closure
You must keep independent copies of files you cannot afford to lose. Media Studio is not the sole backup or permanent archive for your content.
Files or access may be deleted, disabled, or scheduled for removal after you delete them, your entitlement or subscription ends, an account is inactive, a limit is exceeded, a beta or plan is discontinued, these terms are violated, or continued hosting creates legal, security, or operational risk. Where practical, we may provide notice or a reasonable opportunity to retrieve content, but urgent or serious cases may require immediate action.
Deletion from active storage may not immediately remove temporary backups, caches, logs, audit records, or copies already retrieved by third parties. Residual copies are removed or expire according to technical and legal retention needs.
13. Suspension and Termination
Zyke Resources may suspend or terminate uploads, public delivery, tokens, sessions, dashboard access, integrations, or an entire account when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms or protect users, providers, infrastructure, or third parties.
You may stop using the service at any time and may delete files through available tools. Ending Media Studio access does not automatically cancel or refund an underlying Zyke Resources product, subscription, or third-party purchase; the applicable purchase terms and mandatory consumer law continue to apply.
14. Third-Party Services
Media Studio relies on third-party infrastructure and integrations, including cloud storage, content delivery, authentication, platform, and commerce providers. Their outages, restrictions, and processing may affect the service.
You are responsible for complying with the terms of platforms and services you connect to Media Studio. Zyke Resources is not responsible for third-party websites, applications, caches, or copies created after a public file is retrieved.
15. Disclaimers and Responsibility
Media Studio is provided on an “as available” basis during its initial growth. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zyke Resources does not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure against every threat, suitable for a particular purpose, or able to preserve every file indefinitely.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zyke Resources is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, lost business, or third-party claims caused by use of or inability to use Media Studio. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Business and organisational users are responsible for claims, costs, and losses caused by their unlawful content, infringement, credential misuse, or material breach of these terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
16. Changes and Contact
These terms may be updated as Media Studio adds use cases, plans, formats, infrastructure, safety measures, or legal requirements. Material revisions may require you to review and acknowledge a new terms version before continuing to use protected service features.
Questions, permission requests, content reports, and appeals can be submitted through the Media Studio contact page. If a change is not acceptable, stop using the service and remove your content before the revised terms take effect where the service provides that opportunity.
